Terms & Conditions (Messaging Program)

Program: clean digital solutions SMS and/or WhatsApp messages (the “Program”).
Territory: United States and Canada only.
1) Consent & Enrollment
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages from clean digital solutions at the mobile number you provide, via SMS and/or WhatsApp (as selected by you). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2) Message Types & Frequency
We send order updates, reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies (typically up to the option selected during enrollment, e.g., “up to 4 msgs/mo”). Frequency may change for transactional updates (e.g., shipping/delivery notices).
3) Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
4) Opt-Out & Support
SMS: Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help at any time.
WhatsApp: Use the in-app controls to opt out or message us to stop.
You can also email admin@cleandigitalsolutions.com for assistance. Opt-out requests may take a short time to process; you may receive messages already in progress.
5) Eligibility & Responsibilities
You must be the account holder or an authorized user for the enrolled number and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your contact details current.
6) Delivery & Carrier
Delivery depends on your network provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may be unavailable in some areas.
7) Acceptable Use
Do not use the Program to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or to interfere with our services. clean digital solutions may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8) Privacy
We process your phone number, channel preferences, and limited messaging metadata to operate the Program. For details, see the clean digital solutions Privacy Policy.
9) Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Program or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice when required. Your continued participation after changes indicates acceptance. We may end your access at any time for misuse, inactivity, or technical reasons.
10) Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United State of America and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local law requires otherwise. If a dispute arises, contact admin@cleandigitalsolutions.com; we’ll try to resolve it informally before other steps.
