  • Messaging metadata: Timestamps, delivery status, carrier information made available by networks, and responses such as STOP/HELP.

  • Support communications: Your messages to our support team.

We do not collect the content of your personal messages beyond what is necessary to operate the Program (e.g., recognizing STOP/HELP and handling service requests).

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide the Program (send messages you requested/consented to).

  • Manage opt-ins/opt-outs and support inquiries.

  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse/fraud, and maintain security.

  • Comply with legal obligations and carrier/industry requirements.

3) Legal Basis / Consent

We rely on your consent to send Program messages. You may withdraw consent at any time:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to cancel.

  • WhatsApp: Use the in-app controls to opt out or message us to stop.
